Two distressed birds

A warm welcome to everyone. Thank you for visiting my blog.

On today's cards, the images of the birds and the branches they sat on, were coloured with distressed inks on Tim Holtz's Specialty Stamping Paper.

I found using the daubers to apply the distressed inks much easier and with light movements, got the texture I wanted.

The materials used were
Tim Holtz Specialty Stamping Paper
Distress Inks- Mermaid Lagoon, pickled raspberry,mustard seed, peeled paint
Daubers
Simon Says Stamps wavy scalloped stitches
Ribbon
Simon Says Stamp Green Card stock
Yellow ribbon
